Ingredients
- Prawns 1/2 kg
- Rice ½ kg (boiled)
- Oil ¾ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 3 (chopped)
- Garam masala powder 1tsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Coconut milk 1/2 cup
- Brown onion ½ cups
- Dried plum 6
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp (ground)
- Green chilies 10 (ground)
- Screw pine essence 1 tbsp
- Yellow color pinch
Direction
1. Heat oil; sauté ginger garlic paste then add, tomato, garam masala powder, salt, chili powder, coriander powder, and half cup water fry well.
2. Add yogurt, coconut milk, add in prawns, cooks for 10 minutes, and lastly add brown onion, dried plum and lemon juice.
3. To Assemble: Spread 1 lyre rice, prawns with masala, in between put chopped coriander and green chilies, top with rice, screw pine essence and yellow color, leave it for dam for 20 minutes.
