Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup potato chips (4 small packets)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- ΒΌ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 egg

Heat the oven to 200 C Cut the chicken into finger-sized pieces Put potato chips in a bowl and crush the chips using your hands into fine crumbs Fill a large plastic bag with crushed potato chips, salt and pepper, and shake well In a bowl, beat the egg and milk together using a fork Dip the chicken pieces, one at a time, first into the egg mixture and then put them in a bag and shake gently to coat Place the chicken pieces on an un-greased cookie sheet and bake for 14 minutes, flipping once in between Serve with barbecue or honey mustard dipping sauce.
