Ingredients
- Boiled rice 2 cups
- Garlic 2 cloves (minced)
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Chili sauce 1 tsp
- Schezwan sauce 3 tbsp
- Ketchup 1 tbsp
- Chicken cube 1
- Carrot 2 tbsp
- Capsicum ½ cup
- Peas 2 tbsp
- Cabbage 2 tbsp
- Spring onion 2-3 tbsp (green part)
- Egg 1
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Sugar ½ tsp
Direction
1. Cut all vegetables into very fine small pieces.
2. Whisk egg add a drop of chili sauce and a pinch of salt mix and fry in 1 tbsp of oil, cut into small pieces and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a wok add garlic mince and sauté, add 1 tbsp of spring onion, schezwan sauce fry for a while.
4. Add carrot, peas, capsicum and cabbage stir and sauté all till color change.
5. Add ketchup, soya sauce, chili sauce, chicken cube, salt, sugar and vinegar stir to mix well.
6. Now add boiled rice sprinkle black pepper and toss well to mix.
7. Dish out and garnish fried egg and spring onion and enjoy!
8. Note: if you want to add chicken then add after garlic and cook till tender and follow remaining steps.
