Ingredients
- Chicken boneless ½ kg cut into strips
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Coarsely crushed cumin ½ tsp
- Mixed herbs 1 tsp
- Hot sauce 1 tbsp
- Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Onion coarsely cubed 4 tablespoons
- Capsicum cubed 4 tablespoons
- Crushed red pepper 1 teaspoon
- Salt ¾ tsp
- Salsa ½
- Flour tortillas 6
Direction
Marinate chicken strips with garlic paste, crushed red pepper, cumin, mixed herbs, lemon juice, hot sauce and salt. Pan fry the chicken till tender. Heat oil, add onion and capsicum. Saute till soft. Combine the cooked chicken strips. Brush one side of tortilla with a little salsa, top it with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with tortilla and cook on low flame until crisp and golden brown. Cut in wedges and serve with salsa and sour crème.
