Ingredients
- Sela Rice 500 grams (soaked)
- Beef 300 gm (sliced)
- Eggs 6 (boiled)
- Potatoes 3-4 (boiled)
- Onion 1 (sliced)
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon stick 2-3
- Green cardamoms 3-4
- Black cardamoms 3-4
- Cloves 3-4
- Yogurt 250 grams
- Big green chilies 3-4
- Tomatoes 3-4
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Curry powder 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Direction
1. Peel off boiled eggs and potato. 2. Take a cooking pan add cooking oil fry onion until light brown, add ginger garlic paste and fry until get aroma. 3. Then add beef, cinnamon sticks, green cardamoms, cloves, black cardamoms and mix it well and fry. 4. Take a mixing bowl add yogurt, red chili powder, cumin powder, curry powder, and to taste salt mix it well. 5. Add the mixture in cooking pan and cook until beef tender and oil comes up. 6. Now add soaked sela rice and add as required water then add tomatoes, green chilies, cook until the water is dry and rice are 80% done. 7. Place boiled potatoes on rice and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until rice are fully cooked. 8. Dish it out in a serving platter, garnish with boiled eggs and serve it.
